I have just returned from Amsterdam where I have visited my webmaster, Xander, together with my girlfriend Rahel Ruch. She is also a pro fbb and we did a workout DVD together that we needed to edit. On top of the work part, we had lots of fun. Amsterdam is a wonderful city and we had so much fun going to some parties where Xander played (he plays keyboard).
Now comes a 2 week period at home where I focus hard on my training and after that I gotta beat it to US. I love US:)
